The Commission on Population (POPCOM) through the Bids and Awards Committee invites bidders registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) to bid for the hereunder contracts and project:

• Supply & Delivery of Asian Utility Vehicle and Passenger Vans

• Supply & Delivery of Motorcycles

• Supply and Delivery of Twelve (12) units Desktop Computers Fourteen (14) Printers, Three (3) 2.5 USB 2.0 Portable External Drive 500GB and Two (2) D Link DWA-110 Wireless G. USB Adapter

• Promotion of Responsible Parenting-Natural Family Planning (RP-NFP) Program through Radio and Television

• Printing of Support Materials for Responsible Parenting – Natural Family Planning (RP-NFP)

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Commission on Population (POPCOM) through the Bids and Awards Committee invites contractors registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contracts:

• Faith-based/Catholic Lay Organization to Implement the project “Promoting Responsible Parenthood-Natural Family Planning (RP-NFP) in the Priority One (1) Food Poor Provinces”

• Non-Government Organization to Develop and Produce the Pre-Marriage Orientation Reference Manual and Pre-Marriage Orientation Process Guide

• Media Practitioners Forum to Celebrate Population and Development Week
