SOCIAL WELFARE LEARNING NETWORK (DSWD)
The network aims to establish a self-regulating learning network where members can promise and avail of quality social welfare and development capacity building programs that are available and accessible. The network has three (3) pillars; traing , exchange of information/resource sharing and research.
The lead agency is the Department of Social Welfare and Development. The Technical Working Group (TWG) is composed of representatives from the following agencies:
- Commission on Population
- Philippine Information Agency
- Department of Health
- National Nutrition Council
- Angeles University Foundation
- Rehoboth Children Home (NGO)
- Best Caregiver School (NGO)
- Department of the Interior and Local Government
- Department of Argriculture
The TWG main function is to oversee the operation and management of the learning network.
