Power Communication Training conducted last March 28-31, 2005 at
Mango Park Hotel, Cebu City. It was attended by LGU representatives from the pilot areas of the UNFPA 6th Country Programme in Bohol.

Regional Population Management Conference and Kapihan
“Replicating Family Planning Successful Initiatives”
Regional Director Leo R. Rama met with city/provincial population
officers in the region to discuss latest population program directions and initiatives. Metro Cebu Community Advocates Network (Metro Cebu CAN) and Nagpakabana Foundation,
Inc. also shared with the population program workers successful Family Planning program initiatives at the local level.

The web portals will help research on population, health, environment and
development concerns become easy. This will also enable information sharing between and among program partners and stakeholders both domestic and international. Interns should have a serious working
familiarity with webpage graphics and HTML composition, web programming, database creation, storage and reporting, email systems, including broadcast mailing. Interested students may contact Atty. Bruce
